Thanks guys for the kind replys I do appreciate it. docsg, no the Lincon's driver wasnt reall helpfull. When I asked him for insurance info he said he didnt have any, asked him for drivers license and said he didnt have one of those either. Asked him for a name and he started with the whole I dont speak english thing so I called the cops, Los Angeles Pd and they said no injuries no report sorry tough luck. So I called my old lady and she got reall pissed and called 911 and told em the guy was trying to leave the seen of an accident without exchanging any info. CHP showed up about 10 minutes later,by then this guys car is hooked up to a Towtruck and just about to split. CHP did a report and miracoulusly the guy found his license and I think insurance info, I gotta wait a week or so to get the report.

For us they do a report for any accident where damages are estimated to be over $500. I'm no genius but if yours comes in under $2000 I'd be surprised. About the time he said no injury I'd tell him how your back and shoulders are in pain from the bars getting yanked from your hands and trying to keep the bike up right.

Sorry to hear about that but at least you are OK. I would say you haven't gone down yet. You would have to had picked your bike up off its side with a string of four letter words flying out of your mouth at the same time.

I am glad you're ok! You're record is good - it wasn't your fault.

I am shocked by the response from the police from the first time you called. I guess one thing I am taking away from your incident is - always get the name of the person you are talking to to when calling for help. I would file a complaint with his superior if you know his name. Glad you're ok.
