Harley sells a tach/speedo combo that is a direct plug-in replacement for the stock speedo. Look under accessaries in the harley site. Its about $500 I think.

I like the Microtach....No huge dial, doesn't disrupt the lines of the bike, 1/4 the cost of a combo tach, can tuck it anywhere you want.

 

This is one of the reasons I purchased the Low Rider.
