I can second Mud's observations, I put these(Ricor IAS valves) in my front forks about 3 weeks ago, the difference was amazing. They shipped mine out within 2 hrs of ordering, got them a couple days later.
They are an IAS valve, racetech makes the emulators. And yes they will work with stock springs and still dramatically improve the front.
Valve...emulator...you're lucky I didn't use the ultra technical term "thingy" lol Seriously though, thanks for the reply. I'll have to mull that over.

Actually "THINGY" has been used a lot to destribe our Intiminantor (aka IAS valve). I 'misssspelled" it all the time,
Use Intertia Active System (IAS) or whatever you like... THEY WORK.. but you only get to see them once as once they are installed they have never come out '
Tap in on your hand to get an idea of the action..... or if you are really brave blow in the end and use a credit card or ??? to move the inetia valve back and forth to see how it reacts to flow changes. You can not do it fast enouhh testing to appreciate how fast it really moves to keep the tire on the ground in the dips and the imput from those dips from coming back to your frame.
Think we're hijacking Mud's thread. Sorry big guy but this could turn into a huge learning session for me and maybe some others.
For some of the people who are less in the know than Mud, could someone clarify what an emulator does and how that differs from the product mentioned here? What exactly does an emulator, well, emulate?
