Default Front Fork Options

The dealer is replacing my lower forks because of a paint defect. I thought this would be a perfect time to drop in some progressive springs up front and...

Is there anything else that could be done at the same time and save me the labor charge?

I would have works springs installed instead of progressive ones.

dual(triple) springs. They ride better than the progressive. Less brake dive.
price difference is small.

www.worksperformance.com
give them a call.

Progressives... better than stock ,yet, still not all that great.
Works... much better... smoother, less brake dive. Feels better cornering. Handles big bumps better and soaks up road surface irregularities.

I don't think anyone that has gone from progressive to works has regretted it.

My progressives were $75 and Denniskirk has the Works for $143 before shipping.

Back to the never ending question: Why doesn't Harley just put the good stuff on their bikes?!

direct from works, $125. If you already bought the progressives, Just have them installed.
I can say for the 50 dollar difference, it is worth it.
