FXDI35's - where are you?
#12
I think mine is #3311, will let you know when I collect it this weekend.
Sold my 48 because I have always wanted one of these since I first saw one.
Does anyone know where I can find any brochures, memorobillia ect as I have been searching Ebay every night and cant find a thing.
Its a bit hard when you are on the other side of the world

I'll supply more than just my sig picture later, I've added a few things since that picture was taken. Given that this is an anniversary bike, I've been hesitant to change it too much. Altering it heavily would sort of detract from it being a reproduction of the original but you need to make it comfortable, right?
My rule of thumb is not to change anything that cant be easily undone (seat, riser, grips, etc) but that's just me being weird.

Here I am, #0624 in Peyton Colorado
I’ve been saving since High School for an HD (25 years and three kids). A couple of weeks ago I walked into a local motorcycle shop to get brake pads for my '78 Yamaha Triple and that’s when I saw her... love at first site! She only had 3200 miles on her.. ohhh… I had to have her.
I went with the distressed leather to accent the white (instead of the black that takes away from it in my opinion), the bags (same leather) are on back order, but I'm looking forward to finishing the look when they get in. Detachable sissy bar, looks good on, but super sleek when off. She sure turns heads and gets a lot of compliments.
The injection sure is nice on those rides crusing through the mountain passes.
Love it! Couldn't ask for a better bike for my first HD!!

+1 on fuel injection in the mountains. no more spare spark plugs and re jetting the carb on the side of the road. Beautiful Super Glide.
