Biltwell makes cool looking 3/4 non-dot helmets. Not exactly safe, but looks pretty fecking cool IMHO if thats what you want.

Fulmer makes cool looking 3/4 as well. I have the carbon fiber half helmet myself.

I have a fulmer 3/4 easyrider american flag print from their vintage line. It IS a dot helmet, so it will keep you safer than the biltwell, but wont be as sleek. FIY, the vintage fulmers run extremely small...mine is an XL even though I normally wear a medium.

I've got a 3/4 DOT HCI that is sleek and runs true to size. Did I mention they are inexpensive.

That's so you don't have any expectation of them working in a crash.

Do you realize that the DOT standard is taken at the manufacturers word and that very little DOT testing is done by the DOT. In 2001 20% of the Fulmer, THH, AFX, HJC, M2R and NEXL helmets tested by the DOT failed. I used to buy into the how much is your head worth argument until I actually started to research and found that there isn't much difference in failure rates between a $50 helmet and a $150 helmet. There is also research out that that shows that a SNELL helmet doesn't fair any better than a DOT helmet and in many cases doesn't fair as well.
