I have no experience with polished rotors on my Harley. I did have with 650lb Yami Warriors. (My Warrior had radial mount R1 brakes up front.) I bought two used polished discs cause I was going thru a chrome/polish everything phase. I kept them on for one 15 minute ride and took them off. Felt to me about 75% as effective. The guy I bought them from suggested I sand the discs lightly. I sold them instead.
