PC3 is piggybacked to the ECM.

You do not need to bring the ECM back to stock, you need to set up the PC3 for the pipes, AC and stage 1.

They have specific maps for a stage 1 ecm, which means an ecm that HD has already flashed for stage 1. If you use a map for a stock ecm, I am pretty sure it will make a difference.

There are maps set up for Stage 1 flash and without. I'ld leave the ECM with the flash, that way if you ever want to take the PC off it will still have the stage 1.

Just curious, why the PC if you already have the flash?? Doing more motor work, Stage 2??
