fade on black denim paint

RE: fade on black denim paint
It's designed to phade like jeans.... hence the denim name.
A concern I had with it was the possibility of uneven phade. Say phor example you park your bike at work in the same space everyday. It will be exposed to the sunlight in the same places everyday. It would be possible phor one side of the bike to phade phaster then another, giving you an uneven color.

The Bob just came out in August/September, so unless you have it sitting out in the Arizona sun 7 days a week I don't think anyone has had enough time for the paint to start to fade the way they are describing.

RE: fade on black denim paint
I saw the black denim bob in Austin TX and the sales guy said the paint will fade and wear where you touch it, like a pair of jeans and that will cause a 'pantina'
O.K. fine, Then the sales guy in Phoeniz used the same quote. Now I have been around for almost half a century and have never heard anyone use the word 'pantina' to describe anything even remotley Harley-like. And then two in a month?! Moco must have told them to use the term in thier monthly sales-dude handout or something.
