There's a company out there that sells the detacheable brackets that would work on these bags. I can't remember the name. Cost is like $125. My bagger buddies say that even if they were detacheable, I would rarely take them off - too useful!

I saw those on a local guy's Fat Bob. They aren't nearly as big as my Road King Classic bags, but they have a decent look and will let you carry some stuff with you. I'm trying to avoid getting saddlebags on my Fat Bob, but I'd go for this pair if I ever decided to do it. Always good to have lockable bags.

The lockable part is the way to go. Stow and go!

I have been against adding bags, but I kept finding myself without, so I decided I wanted to be with.

Looks great, and I agree, having bags is the way to go. For commuting, trips, errands, etc, I just can't get by without them. What's the cost of those bad boys?

Nice bags.

Your bagger buds are right. My buds talked me out of getting detachable bags and I'm gald they did. Have had the bags for 2 years and can't think of a time I would have taken them off - always something in there be it rain gear, sweatshirt, jacket etc. (Not to mention my wife's stuff)

That's why I made my wife get her bike.
