Has anyone here built their seat from scratch? I have an 08 Fatbob and want to make a new custom seat, I have recovered seats for the sporty before so the cover is not an issue. I'm really not sure about tearing the cover off the new factory seat or modifing the foam from it(lowering and moving foreward) Seen some how to sites for glass pans but not sure if it can be stapled to or if it needs to be riveted, any help would be great.
