The hardest part was shaping the foam and even that wasn't to bad. Stretching the leather and stapling it to the pan took only 10 min. Once I had the pan and foam shaped the way I liked I used spray adhesive to glue the leather to the foam. I recently learned to used a layer of felt or car roof liner over the foam to hide any imperfections.

Superbrace. Great upgrade, and with the group buy going on it's a great deal right now. Won't be forever though.

Get the seat! Don´t believe in the SB....If you wan´t better handling in the front you´ll need a upsidedown fork..and/or a steering damper...

I voted for the seat...the superbrace is a nice quality made product, but I still don't notice any difference with it installed on my bike. I've gotten used to the looks of it, so I'm gonna leave it on just in case it might make a difference on some rough roads, but I'm thinkin' the 49mm forks don't have much (if any) fork flex to begin with.

Just my .02

Has anyone put a lot of miles on with their Superbrace that could give some details on what they noticed different in the ride/handling? I'm just wondering if the seat might be more of an immediately noticeable improvement...

Get the Lepera solo seat and get rid of that hideous 2 up seat.
