Modifying stock mufflers on Street Bob

Default Modifying stock mufflers on Street Bob
There are three rivets on the mufflers of the stock Street Bob exhaust. If I drilled out the rivets, would I be able to remove the baffle and get rid of some of the packing? Or would I be completely f***king myself in some horrific, unimagineable way?

No but why not get some Big City Thunder baffles for your existing mufflers? Google them & check it out. Much better sound & performance.
