Default Need updated part# if it exist for bleeder screws, looking for 08 parts book

I have the parts book for my 07 Street Bob and needed to replace the rear caliper bleeder screw. The part # listed in the book is 44048-83a. Went to the dealer with this number and it is NOT the bleeder I took off. 44048-83a is for a fully threaded bleeder with a goldish zinc plating on it. I took off a silver bleeder with minimal thread, a non threaded shoulder and an o-ring. Does anyone have an 08 or 09 parts book with a different number than what ive listed for the Dyna bleeders? They obviously updated the part but not the number, I like continuity so that is why I want to replace it with what I took off.

I have an 08 parts catalog, but I'm afraid it's the same number, 44048-83A SCREW, bleeder all models.

Just seems odd to me...it's clearly not the part listed in the parts book. thanks. Maybe 09 will have it.

Was the part pulled bagged with the #? Maybe they stocked the wrong bin, pulled the wrong part? Just a thought.

Yep...saw the sealed bag myself. Called a couple of different places and it was the same.

Default Bleeder

Harley had a chrome hardware kit for chrome calipers...Maybe that is the answer.
