Default 180 mm tire with EZ Brackets?

Does anybody know if the 180mm tire kit for Dynas ('07 Super Gide) will fit with the EZ Bracket mounting posts? It's my understanding that the H-D kit reverses stock mounting bolts so that the head is inside the wheel well and the nut outside to create sufficient clearance. That won't work with the EZ Bracket mounting post system.

The OEM strut bracket is configured as follows; at the rear a bolt runs from the underside of the fender through the strut into a threaded hole in the rear turn signal head. On the rear, the bolt head is on the underside of the fender.

The forward mounting is different. The strut bracket has a shank made to it which feeds from the underside of the fender and protrudes into the hole in the strut. A torx head bolt feeds from outside through the strut cover into the strut and threads into the shank of the bracket.

The Wide Tire Kit and Detachable Sideplate Mounting Kit have new brackets in which the front and rear mounting points are the same as the forward mounting of the OEM kit. The heads of the mounting bolts are on the outside of both holes.

These mounting brackets are illustrated in the diagram below:

I have a 170mm rear with ez brackets. The excess thread was a little to close to the tire for me so I cut off the excess flush with the end of the nut. I now have plenty of clearance. I would think that a 180 would be about the same.
