i use the term Epoxy cause that is what is on the can i use... good info though! i have been saving for the chrome FX kit that Alsa Paint sells for a bit... they sent me a sample kit a while back... LOVE it!!!

Hey does anyone know of a flat black epoxy paint? Since my bike is denim black i dont think that glossy front forks would look right!

I think they are using the term "Epoxy" very loosely, and if it were my Bike I would only use Powdercoating or a two-part Paint system (urethane preferably)-it will have good UV protection and last-just my .02, and you can now return to your regularly scheduled program
thanks for the help. Do you have a recommended spray can to use for the gloss black over that primer?

try this, although you will have to buy some Reducer to thin it out so it will lay down-

Remember, it is all about atomization, the finer the spray droplets the better the Finish-if you go with a single stage paint it will be easeier and you can cut & buff it-also single stage (unlike BC/CC will not show a scratch as much-

you can get some decent guns from harbor freight for cheap too... i started with those before doing an upgrade
