Yop. Vibration starts at 70mph. I replaced my front and rear mounts and had the front and rear rebalanced. Helped some what, but still have the fine vibration. I think the balancing helped the most. Also I have a Nolar N5 helment. The face shield is quite thin and seems to accent the vibration. I was thinking of getting a new soft tail low rider, but then I realized that there is so much in setting it up( dual brakes, windshield, tuner, heat shields, sisy, seat, and more) that I will just live with it. Maybe a new Shoei flip up helmet in the future.

did you by any chance check the isolator mount from tranny to frame? Also if you have spoke wheels may be loose spokes

I did not even know there is a isolator mount for the transmission. Will have to research where it it and check it out. Possibly can find it in the service manual ?? I have cast wheels and I twice check the balancing. I replaced front and rear motor mounts and it help some what. Also replaced rubber on the quick windshield mounts which may have helped a little. Also there is nothing touching the frame from the mufflers. And the tire pressure is correct. Actually I am now getting to a point where I can live with it.
Thanks,
Roger

it also depends on how well the engines flywheel assembly was balanced as far as vibration goes. Harley isn’t the best at tight tolerance on balancing. My old 87 Electra always vibrated. I just rebuilt the engine and had a Indy shop balance and true my flywheel assembly. ****er has minimal vibration now

I agree. They need to do a better job of balancing their crank shafts and flywheel. But I still get the mild vibration after 65-70 even with the clutch disengaged. It makes me think its in the frame or something else.
Also where is the transmission isolators. I can not find them in the service manual. Beginning to think its part of the engine mounts.

It’s considered a engine mount I believe. But it’s directly in front or rear tire just inside of frame right behind the transmission. I pulled the tire and it’s easier to work on
