Default Want a low profle seat, move me foward a bit..?

Hey guys,

Are there any seats that are low profile, and have the same stock seating position, or possibly even move me forward a bit?

Reason I ask, is because the current seat that I have (badlander) moved me back about an inch, making it a bit more of a stretch for the forward controls. Its been bothering me a lot lately, so I figured I'd try something new.. any suggestions??

I was thinking about the Mustang Fastback seat. It looks good, has a nice backrest to keep me in place (another complaint about the badlander.. I feel like I'm sitting on top of the bike, rather then in the bike, if that makes sense..) and the price is JUST right. But I'm worried if wether or not that will put me back in stock position, or where it will move me. So watcha guys think?

Thanks fella's!

Cheers,
Adrian

fastback is a cool seat. Mustang can tell you where it positions you relative to stock(call em). Will you be able to sport a passenger with that seat?

You could always have your seat modified to change your seating position...mine is off to Mean City Cycles.

The Fastback will probably do the trick, but it will also move you a bit higher. You mentioned a Lowrider seat the other day, and that one would definitely do it, but it won't be as comfy as the Mustang. Another good thing about Mustang is their return policy.

Possibly, let me look around a bit first, then I'll get back to ya. Thanks for the offer.

I had Harley's Reach seat and it positioned me well with a 30" inseam and forwards.

My brother has it on his bike becuase I modded a WG seat with my backrest set up and some foam shaping.

The Reach actually has decent back support, but could use just a little bit of soft foam on the bottom, or maybe some gel...will probably do that for my brother this summer.

Pic of it on my "old" bike:
