Default 08 street bob triple tree

Hi All
So I have an 08 street bob with that intergated tree, I have done searches all afternoon to try and sort this out. Still a few questions....
If I get bars the same bar size as stock, is there going to be any issues? What is the stock street bob bar size (diameter)?
Who makes a replacement tree...what other options are there?
thaks for any help you can give
Cheers
J

there is only one place to get risers for that, other than that you will have to replace your top tree (off an 06)... harley bars are 1 in... just get 1 in bars and you will be cool

The sock bars are 1", there shouldn't be any problems with any other 1" bars high enough to clear the tank. As for chubby bars, some hit the top of the forks, so you might need to slide the forks down slightly in the tree's.

Either keep a 1" bar or swap your upper tree for an '06 or '07. Then you can run any riser/bar combo that you want.

you can get a 1 1/4" bar as long as the riser area is 1". Many aftermarket bars are done this way and feature internal wiring.

Its not so much the diameter of the bars that is the issue. Its primarily been the type of bar (limited as to what bars/risers you can use) or the position the bars put the rider in.

I had the same problem, replaced the tree. Then you can use whatever bars you want.
