Alright I gotta get that bag now Matrix. Thanks a lot for making me spend money again. Ahh well at least I'm getting some decent money back from taxes.
Does it stay in place well enough so you can lean against the backrest a little and the bag won't move? Also where's the best place to buy it from (cheapest)

For such a simple job, it's a PITA to go at alone. If you do, you will likely add some "wear factor" scratches! Ask me how I know! Two people and go slow you'll be OK!

Yes, it does stay in place. The bag is very ridgid, it has a hard plastic liner around the sides. Once you adjust the straps where you want them it stays put, you can lean back on it all you want. I does feel good to have the lumbar support in your lower back. If you ever ride two-up it also has velcro that (if you look in the pic takes from the top) comes apart and can be attatched to a sissy bar. It also has another vecro option that is made to fit under the passenger seat and you attatch the bag directly to it.

I bought my bag at the local HD dealer. I have seen them on ebay. There wasn't much difference in the price when I bought mine, no matter where I priced them.

Here's a couple with free shipping. They are priced on the Kuryakyn site at $189.00.
