Oh yeah, I have the detachable solo rack from HD for the Street Bob. I had one on my Nightster and really liked it.

WHen carrying that much stuff on the Motherwell rack, is it really secure? Do you just bungie the hell out of everything, or use that spider web type bungie? Just curious how you get so much stuff on it. I had a Motherwell on my Nightster and couldn't carry much at all. But maybe it was smaller? I was thinking of trying a Motherwell on my Street but keep thinking how it really wasn't all that great on my Nightster.

I did a 10 day trip to WA State from San Diego. I have the detachable saddle bags, along with the fender rack & sissy bar I tied down Kuryakan tour bag that also worked as a back rest. I'll try to post a pic

That's how big it actually is. You can edit the size on photobucket, then save to replace the original...that way you won't have to change anything here.

All good ideas and suggestions. I'll look at the detachable rack with large roll options first. I'll post pics of the final solutions in the upcoming weeks. The help is much appreciated!

FASTFWD - As a side note to your post, how do you like the pipes? We're looking at doing the same but are considering the short shots as well.
