Maybe Joe will chime in about the process...he has the equipment to do it.

We decided not to clear it.

I take great care of my bike so the rust will not be an issue.

Thanks for the comps...can't wait to ride, it's only 18°!

If that's bare steel, it will rust. It can happen overnight if the humidity is right.

BTW, what is your 2-1 exhaust system?

looks great,man.and i agree,the people here are top knotch.i have done the same thing with the aluminum wheels on two of my cars and my wife's truck...not too hard,just alotta time and alotta attention to detail.

Python 2-1s with a modified baffle.

It sounds awesome...can control the volume with the throttle, but can sound pretty impressive when needed.

Very deep rumble...stock it is way too quiet.

It pulls pretty good. My brother and I have basically the same bike setup and the HP numbers are very close, but for some reason, I can usually pull away from him. He has V&H Big Radius pipes.
