If one adds this "running lights" mod as mentioned, don't you have to upgrade to dual-filament sockets for an 1157 bulb from an 1156? Or does it use the original bulb and just blink it (1156) from ON (running) to OFF (signaling), instead of (1157) DIM (running) to BRIGHT (signaling)?

I checked the part number on google, its said that it was a brake light conversion. does it illuminate as brake lights as well. Pig that is hiiilarius!

I have them on my Low. When you depress the brake, light will get brighter. The bulbs do get hot that's one thing I have noticed.

Yes... the turn signals will brighten when you hit the brakes.
