like most said, it is an insurance policy... It works out profitably for the ones offering the extended warranty... this of course means it does not work out profitably for the buyer the majority of the time. Of course you may end up an exception.
the warranty is a pain. when you need it, its not covered. and the stuff that doesn't brake is. i wish i had gotten the gap insurance instead of the warranty at chevy so i could dive my F#%#ING colorado through the showroom window. as for me no warranty... thank you very much.
