I love my Fat Bob with a few mods and you'll love it even more. Pipes are a must ..add a tuner and a stage 1 and hang on.

I thought the Road Glides had that honor.

I gotta admit it's take me a long time to warm up to the dual headlight look ... also, lukewarm on the pipes. All in all, though, not a bad bike and those who own them seem to be pleased. [Also, what's up dissing Road Glides? Those things seem to get no respect--except from their fiercely loyal and dedicated owners!!]

I like the mod of changing the headlight out for a 7" one. I especially like the Heritage/Fat Boy headlight on the Fat Bob.

I have a Fat Boy 7" headlight on mine and when I don't ride with a fairing, it seems like the headlight breaks the wind a little bit more than my original 5-3/4" visor-mounted headlight. Maybe it's just all in my head, but I'll swear it feels like there's less of the 'human parachute' feeling than before, when cruising at highway speeds.

I have the 16" fatter front wheel on mine, too. Makes for a much more road-friendly feel. Doesn't feel like you're pushed around by every little groove in the pavement.

You're not going to live forever, so you might as well get some enjoyment .... Good luck and hope to see you on the Dyna side, soon.

buy the damn thing!!!!!

stay off the freeway!!! they are too straight!!!

get the air filter changed with a K&N,
change the exhaust and get a race tuner (se)
i put some se cams in it and it's fast enough to stay next to the yapanese **** or italian beasts...
so than it's a lot of fun...
when you want to ride on the freeway take your road king...
it's a very great bike !!!
