Default Ruined it today.

Just paid my bike off.

Young girl backed into it today in a parking lot as I doubled back and helped a stranded other rider who couldn't get his bike started.

Landed on pipe side.

Among other things, looks like bar risers are bent. Pipes look like s**t. Heel stirrup is broken. Rear fender support bent from her f*****g Lexus bumper. (I generally dislike folks with Lexuses)

I am not handling this well is an understatement. Doesn't pay to be a good samaritan. "Twisted" does not accurately describe my mood. Cursing and throwing stuff ain't helping either.

I need my Dyna guys to help me feel better before Mud boots me to a room without a view.

Thank God you are ok, it sounds like you can put it back to the way it was without too much difficulty. I know it sucks, hell I get withdrawal symptoms right after getting off of it. Just make sure she pays for the rebuild.

First, I hope you are OK. If you have your health everything else is fixable.

Second, go through her insurance. I made the mistake of taking someone on their word and then they backed out later.

And the girl? Hope you gave her a rash - Sorry to hear that - I guess on the bright side, which I'm sure you do not want to hear, but it was just the bike and not you and the bike -
Good luck -

Me too.

Nail it to her insurance company, and good luck with repairs.
