Default Where to buy the BEST QUALITY heat wrap?

Like the topic says, if you had no cost constraints, where would you buy?

Want to have everything ordered now so it will be waiting when I return.

Going on a Thunderheader, so how many feet will I need?

Thanks!

Pepsi, try a car speed shop. They will probably have the wrap atol cheaper than a bike shop or some online stores. DEI sells 15 ft and 50ft rolls. If you go to DEI's site the setup with 2 15ft rolls, 4 clamps and the can of silicon paint spray (which you should use to protect) sells for like 90 bucks. I went to my local speed shop for cars and got the exact same set up for $46.00. I have no idea how much wrap you would need but at the shop it was only $12 more to get the 50ft roll versus the 2 15ft rolls. Hope this helps, good luck!

I like the Thermo-Tec wrap I bought. 50' was not enough so I changed how I was wrapping a bit, get the 100' roll. There's also a high heat paint for the wrap...it seals it and makes it more water resistant. You can find it on Summit Racing's site. I recommend soaking the stuff before wrapping the pipes too, but some may say it's not a requirement.

Oh yeah...wear gloves and long sleeves.

get 100' Of DEI (great stuff) and a can of the dei black paint. The paint is awesome.
I tried out SE 1st and SE sucks vs DEI. Can be found at advance auto parts. Thermo-Tec may be goos as well. 1 thing about DEI, it never stopped smelling like burnt wrap when it got hot.

My Thermo-Tec wrap has already stopped stinkin' and I haven't even put 100 miles on the bike since installing the pipes.
