Not trying to defend the dealer, BUT those two items are normal wear items, and IF they are in deed in need of replacement then any other dealer is going to tell you the same thing.

In order to qualify for the MSRP deal, the bike needs to be up to date on all maintenance items, and in very good condition.

Corrosion of metal parts isnt covered in Florida. I dont know WTF that is all about though.
