Jersey Devil, Thank you very much for the photochop, That really helps big time.

As you may have guessed, I didn't get around to cutting the fender and shooting primer yesterday as I had hoped but I can see by everyone chiming in that it was worth the wait.

My original intent was to go with a straight cut like the Fl bikes and see how I like it. That may be what I end up doing to start.

As someone said, cutting a little and cutting some more is way easier than trying to put metal back after you decide you've cut too much, LOL.

I can see I should have ordered three or four fender blanks so I could make several cuts and paint all of them, lol. I guess it's just a part of customizing, there is no wrong decision only preferences of personal taste.......

If I get a break in the rain today I will put tool to metal and post up the results of my creativity for praise, ridicule, envy, scorn, and whatever other emotion it may generate.
