I have the same type of horn but made by Stebel called Nautilus, It was around $60.

The air compressor and the horn are two assemblies. It's not real easy to take them apart but can be done. The air compressor has a tit that slides into the horn assy so an upward motion with the compressor and a downward motion with the horn gets them apart.
With some creative engineering you can mount the compressor to the battery box, run a air line to the horn mounted under the original cowbell the bike came with.

i have my horn tucked in behind the battery box, on a bracket i fabbed up, fastened to...i believe...the chassis ground bolt. there isnt a ton of room, but if you mess around enough, you can probably get it to fit
