Default 03 FXDWG Best upgrade under $100

Just looking for some opinions. I have a stock 03 anniversary edition wide glide. I'm looking for the best upgrade under 100 bucks.

I just ordered quick release bolts for my hard leather bags and ...... A MANUAL. I'm looking for other ideas on what to do on a budget.

here are a couple of my ideas.

Nice Bike. You can get a billet headlight from eastern performace for under $100. Remove the reflectors- free.

streets, I have thought about removing the relectors, but I work nights and ride late at night commonly.

Thanks for the ideas Kaycee. I would love to go braided lines, but I think its something best done in one shot. I'll be watching for good ones and this years swap meet.

Axle cover are nice additions. Cheep and they hide the very ugly bolts.

Do you already have chrome break and clutch levers? Cant tell from pics.

Chrome switch housings..I got the Kury ones and they went on with no problems, look good and only cost $70 or so.

Chrome brake res. cover?

Nope the only chrome on the bars are the bars themselves.

Thanks boneyard, There are a couple of good mods in there that I may even be capable of doing myself.

Polish those fork sliders and maybe some $20 2pc boot covers makes a HUGE difference. I just now removed my fender and inspection sticker in preperation to start mine. Nice lookin' scoot bro.

I just found the article on that
https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...r-sliders.html
but have a few questions
1. I'm not very handy, it looks simple but is this something I could really screw up?
2. are there any draw backs to doing this. Obviously aluminum billet doesnt rust but are there other issues this could cause?

Thanks.
