This past spring I bought a 2000 Dyna wide glide and I love it. Now that winter is here I'm toying with upgrading the shocks. It currently has Progressive 11" shocks 412 on the back but I can't tell you want year they are. According the guy at the shop where I had some work done on it, it rides like it should with that shock on it. I'm wondering if there isn't something better out and about what it would cost me to upgrade. As far as the front shocks, they look stock. Anyone have any ideas for me?

 

Not sure what your goal is? If you want to improve the ride, you need longer shocks. At least stock, maybe longer...call Works Performance.

If looks are the goal, shorter shocks do look cool.

 

Well the stock rear shock length is 12.6", so the rear has been lowered. With that shock, I'd say it was for looks mostly. Others will chime in here soon with better ideas. How does it ride to you? Seem ok, or does it bottom out?
