Question 07 SB speedo removal help!

After seeing the many who have chromed the dash on the SB, I decided to get it done, the problem I have is, I have the dash off , indicator lights out, have taken out the two screws that are on the back of the speedo out and it will not move! Am I missing something? This thing wont move at all . Any advice would help, I really dont want to break anything. Thanks.

I've taken the speedo out of my Bob several times. Can you post a close-up pick of the current situation? Front and back.

I'm sure it's something simple, but a picture will speak a 1,000 words as the saying goes.
