I went to pick up my new FXDC yesterday, I get to talking to the sales guy an tell him I dont want the Profile Spoked rims (or pay for them either) they shipped with the bike, suggested they remove them an put the stock spoke rims on the bike. He checks with his manager they agree, in the mean time I was checking out the FXD rims and asked if I could have them instead, he checks and they agree. Will be picking up the bike today, plan to chrome the hell out of these at chromepros. Will post pics when I get her home.

This is my 1994 Dyna Super Glide, Thumper. She started life as a show bike being carried around on a trailer, poor thing. Now she gets ridden on a regular basis year round. My dad had to replace all the gaskets and seals due to dry-rot. Once she moved to my garage, the first thing I added was baffles to the Vance & Hines. Followed by her promptly spitting one of out that of course I had to replace. I love the ride, I stepped up from an 883 and the ride is completely different.

 

Mine is in my sig pic. Most mods listed when you hover your mouse over the pic. Soon to have chrome FXD wheels added. I also have some stuff in the barn that I only use for long rides or two-up like a Tallboy seat, QD windshield, detachable sissy bar with luggage rack.

 

09 FXDC, 10in rise bars, signal relocation, plate relocation, Screamin Eagle slip on's, forward controls. Getting ready to lower it and some.
