Default Suggestions Please for my 01 DWG regarding heel rests or mid pegs

Just got her about a month ago. I've searched the forums and can't find links/websites (or definitive discussions) to where I may be able to make a purchase. Think I need to take a Tylenol 3 from all the reading....or get new glasses.
I love my forward pegs but I would like to see if I can add preferably mid pegs for riding comfort . Heel rests for my forward pegs are also an option but I was wondering what fellow DWG owners thought. Not looking for mid-controls, just more comfort for my 2001 DWG.

Thanks.

Was faced with same situation. Heel rests worked perfectly for me. Kurys were $30 on eBay.

Floorboards are another great option. They were already on my bike when I bought it, and I originally thought I'd take them off. Changed my minds after riding it for a while and realizing how much I like them. You get a lot of options on where you put your feet. You can rest your foot flat on the boards, you can push your legs forward and have your heel hang off the front of the boards, you can rest your toes on the back edge of the boards (which put your feet about almost where they be if you had mids)...

heel rests make a big difference in comfort...H-D makes em for your model or you can get a kury set with or without new pegs...go to kuryakyn website for options and you can purchase directly I believe.

I've had Kuryakyn pegs and heel rests on the last 2 bikes with forward controls and I like 'em. You can get the Iso pegs with stirrups as Drag part number DS-241109 for about $85 from discountcycleparts.com http://www.discountcycleparts.com/xc...mber=DS-241109

I had a set of the Harley 50227-01 heel rests and didn't like them. They angle out away from the bike, putting the heel peg in an awkward position.

You can also put mid pegs on the WG by finding take offs from another Dyna. The holes are already in the frame with plugs in them.
