Matt- Have you measured the distance from the swing arm to the rim on both sides? On my bike the smaller spacer goes on the right side and larger on the left. It almost has to be an alignment problem unless the transmission sprocket is so worn that the belt wanders.
turns out it is the pulley that is the difference. I have a night train rear pulley on here and it is offset more so than the dyna ones are. there is no problem with the belt It is just riding to the outside of the front pulley. I have a guy that will shave off a little from the rear sprocket to bring more to stock location and have the belt run in the middle of the tranny sprocket.
