Are me and you the only 2 that know you have to leave the battery off the charger for a while before getting an accurate voltage test? Thanks Rob.

I work with batteries in my profession. You can say lead acid is in my blood.

A discharged AGM battery is a fatal condition. I'm really, okay not really, surprised the dealer didn't offer to do a load test on the battery. Short drives around town or multiple starts will be hard on these batteries. If the bike is still under warranty have a dealer do a charging sys. test but the battery is probably toast. When ever my bikes are sitting still they are on the tenders 24/7.

I wouldn't try to charge a completely dead battery with just a battery tender, I don't think it's going to work so well. It can maintain a battery, but not bring it back from the dead. That takes some current...
