Sweeeeet! For some reason I can't picture what they would look like on a bike. Guess I'll head over to Harley website and look at the FXDSE. I bet they were pretty expensive, eh?

When you do the install check for something .... can the bars, speedometer, and idiot lights be mounted without the tach and still look decent? If so, that might be cheaper than all the parts to do the same thing with aftermarket.

Just a thought ....

I dont think it would work. The tach bracket and the speedo cup mount together on the bars.

The only thing that was really overpriced was the Bars them self. Everything else was pretty reasonable. I probally could of got buy without the wiring harness as well and just bought the lights but figured it was worth the extra cash to make it easier.

Was worth a shot .... just looking at the parts as you have them layed out in the 1st pic, it looks like the tach bracket mounts to the speedo housing with 2 bolts down on the inside. My thought was that you could simply use 2 chrome bolts to replace the tach mount itself and have a fairly "plug-n-play" bar change.
