DeathProof where did you get it??? It sounds like you got a heck of a deal you might want to give the selling dealer some positive feedback, just a thought man.

I wasn't trying to slam the sales industry with my earlier post, but I was asking a question as to something I've been curious about for a while. Also, if you can save a few $ while at the same time offering what is a fair, and profitable, deal to a seller...there's no harm done. Wasn't that the original direction of this thread?

A tall sissy adds great looks. And if you tour further down the road it adds alot of functionality for T-luggage, backrest cargo bags, or other setups. It seems to be (the Dyna) a bike that you could put several enjoyable trips on with the right setup. I like progressive suspension and saddle, grip/bar upgrades...they go along way to making your bike it's best for touring. Don't forget the window...did you get one when you bought your bike?
No window, but planning on getting a detachable one soon maybe o when I get the bike, depends what I have to play with money wise at the time...

Sure, are there any board rules about posting specific dealer names? Just seems that I see most dealer specific messages directed towards PM on this thread and others..

no the round upright...the sizes next to the part # are for the width of your fender...mine is 7 1/2" ....I am not sure if the new Dynas have an 8 1/4 or 8 3/4 width. I know the fatbob has a width specific to it. the 11" is for the softail with the 200 tire. I had mine powdered semigloss black it came chrome.
