I made my own. Really cost nothing. Had some stock sitting around. I,m sure jackyl's lift is a nice product from what I've seen.
Makes the speedo and tach easier to read too.
Definatly worth a try. If you dony like the look just take it off.

Here is a pic of mine, 2 inche lift from Jackyl. The lift is awesome. A few months ago a guy in a pick-up truck rode up and stopped me on the highway just to compliment the look of the lift on the bike. That was confirmation that the lift was worth every penny I spent and more.

Cheers to Jackyl for a great product. Install is a snap. One tip, install it with as little fuel in the tank as possible, as the gas is quite a bit heavy. Dont ask me how I know this LMAO.

Cheers,

Tom

How much did you lift, and did you have any clearance issues?

Thanks,

Default Here is mine with 3" lift!

I have had this 3" lift installed for nearly 2.5 yrs now! I do love the added benefits of being able to get to top of the front rocker box cover. It allows me to clean and dry it so much easier! I installed it by myself in about 1 hr. If you go to a 3" lift you should lengthen the fuel cross-over hose.

mine is 1.7... knew exactly how high i wanted it and made it to match... jackel makes a great lift though man... he has it all put to gether... i would say just go with it... why 1.7 you ask... i wanted a flow line from the top of my headlight to the top of the tank with a .5 decline on the slope as it falls... so i made mine 1.7... ya ya ya over kill but i am all about clean smooooooth lines

Default Done!

When it comes to an easy install that was as advertised for sure. 15-20 minutes is all. Didn't need to drain my tank or lengthen the fuel line at all, as far as i know all the rest of the wiring etc looks fine as well. Looks great, I will get some pics up if anyone is interested.

Thanks for the help all

Thanks,
I got the 2" lift and I have no real clearance problems. When turning the bars all the way to the left, the left turn signal threatens to touch but has about 1/4" clearance. When I turn full right the throttle cables touch the tank/gas cap but again, no real issue there as it is a light touch and is seldom turned that far.
