Default V&H sound difference?

I was wondering if there is any real difference in the sound you get from the Big Radius 2/2 or Big Shots?

I know the big shots are deep and with the big radius you'd likely have some echo due to the turndown.

What say you?

I have a 06 FXDI with Big Shot Staggereds and have ridden with a guy who has a 03 FXDWG with the Big Radius. To me, both bikes sounded identical, and a little tinny. I put Big City Thunder baffles in my BSS and they sound incredible, deep and loud.

How much more quiet are they with the baffles than with none at all?

I was looking at the site and they said as long as the pipes have a straight end and not a turndown (big radius style) they will work.

So whats the guidance with these things? I'm planning on doing stage I and a PCIII. I'm not too sure if I want to do the baffles as soon as the pipes go on, or if I should wait and see how I like the pipes first. I'm going with the Big Shots...

well if you run no baffels you bike will be a dog with no torque... do a SERT, tis will create issues on here and opinions but i think it is 10x's better than the PCIII... sucks ot be all show (loud as hell) and no go (no power)... pretty lame

Care to share the basis of opinion about the tuner? I've never messed with the bike tuners, but I'm pretty EFI savvy....

I was going to get it mapped from Jamie
