I just put a Sundowner on mine Saturday more for my wife when she rides with me. She says it is great and it is pretty comfy for me also. It probably won't be the seat that I leave on the bike though. For the times that she doesn't ride with me I will change to my Mustang vintage.

The Sundowner is thicker for sure, but then again so am I.

I love my Sundowner seat. Function over form when it comes to seats, IMO.

I am getting ready to send a seat down to Mean City Cycles later this month. I have heard great reviews of their work.

I love my Sundowner. I rode 500 miles last week with nary a problem, I can't go 80 mile on my Goldwing with a Diamond seat without squirming around! The old lady really likes the Sundowner too!

What's the best seat? That's like asking what's the best condom? Everyone has their preference. My preference is Mustang - solo seats with detachable pillion. Not the most svelte, but comfortable as hell.

I've got a Sundowner on my ride, and it's really nice long distance riding. Doesn't look all low and mean and all, but then I don't ride a bob. I may purchase a solo seat for shorter rides...but would probably be the Sundowner solo. This middle aged a$$ likes some cushion
