Loving the cold weather now
that I found a goood pair of riding gloves. Just returned from a 30 mile romp on my bike, temps in mid 40s. Hands were warm as toast even at 70 mph on the interstate.
No wires, no batteries. They were designed for cold heavy weather sailing in high latitudes in the wettest of ocean conditions while standing the wheel.
Plus they come in vivid black !

Dexterity isn't like bare hands but certainly adequate to operate the machine.
Now I need some warmer boots. What do you cold weather guys wear ?

Those gloves won't cut it for a 6-8 hour day in the 30's. With all due respect, 30 miles is a very short ride which probably lasted about 20 minutes. If you are going to ride 150-300 miles in a day in 25-35 degree weather, Gerbing electric gloves (and other equipment such as jacket liners and socks) are the only way to go.
