I have 12" Nash Motorcycle GIMPS, powder coated black by them. I didnt have have to change any cables from stock. Nash's sizing is smaller than most companies so I'd say mine might actually 11" or so. Higher than stock but not much, but totally better looking IMO. Check my profile for more pics

Love those Carlinis man -- but here is my problem -- Carlini doesn't make the bars that neck down to 1 inch. I have an '08 Street Bob which is the year some mental midget at Harley decided to go with the "integrated" risers. Once they did this, there is no way to simply purchase different sized risers unless I want to buy new (different) trees. So I am stuck needing to use either 1 inch bars, or preferably thicker bars (love the "fat" look) that neck down to 1 inch so I can put them on the bike.

Try part #45538-08, upper triple clamp. '09 P&A catalog has a Street Bob with a list of the parts on the bike pictured. It's got street slammer bars on, so it has a different upper triple clamp.

Don't worry so much about what size looks best. sit on the bike, have a friend strattle the front wheel holding the handle bars so you can sit with you feet on the pegs. Close your eyes and put your arms up where you would be comfortable, have him measure from the bottom of the bar to where your hands are - this will tell you how much end rise you should be looking for. As far as looks go, the taller the better. I've got buddies running 20s and custom 24s and they all look good. One of the guys running 20s has had them for over 2 years and 30,000 miles and is only about 5' 6" tall! Bad A$$ looking RK.

16" apes from Hill Country Custom Cycles. They are already prewired all you have to do is figure what grips you want. Under 600.00 with SS cables & brake lines....

16" Gorillas, powdercoated black. Not squared off obviously, but nice big bars.
You can get any bar you want and have it powdercoated black, just a thought.
