Any idea what is causing pants to discolor at lower right leg above ankle, is it the exhaust heat?, exhaust fumes where slip ons connect to header pipe?. I don't feel the heat myself, and I am no diabetic.

 

What kind of pants?

 

Only three possibilities:

1. exhaust heat
2. you pissed your pants and that is where the **** turns to steam on the hot pipes
3. you unknowingly hit a chipmunk and he pissed on your leg



I'm guessing #1

Damn polyester fabrics......

 

Could be oil coming out of the breather if you've been running it hard. If not, probably the fabric and the heat.

 

i ride in dockers all the time (yes wrinkle free) never had issues with heat and they are a polyester blend... love them... slid across the road at 20mph in them and they did not even rip! now i wear them all the time... great protection

 

I know I can be a little dense, but what does diabetes have to do with this?
