You have to mill down the pulley and cut down the L/H wheel spacer, but if your bike will be at a fab shop they probably already have a milling machine (Bridgeport) and a lathe to cut down the spacer.You do not need another belt. Post pics when done. Good luck !
^^^Your bike looks great man, there was actually an article in the local paper (Reading Eagle) about them recently, they put a small block in a crazy looking bike and one of the guys has a bike in the local Museum for the Motorcycle theme they have going on now. I 'll try to see if the article is online. I actually want to put these badges on tell me what you guys think.
I cut my derby and points cover to match for those badges and then never installed the badges!
then did a bit of custom powder coating to tie them in:
Get some mini bullet signals off ebay ($20 or so) and mount then on the side of the fender if possible, and get a sidemount plate with brake light. It all really depends on how much you chop the fender. If you keep the struts or part of them mount the signals there.
