I didn't read if the pic. was the front or rear plug. The rear cylinder always runs a bit lean fom the fac. BUt looking at the pic, it appears that it running lean.

The plug shown on the left is what you want to see when using unleaded fuel. Remember, this is just after a short, hard run and shutting the engine down right away.
