Default Need Help To Find Braided Sleeve For Oil Cooler Lines

I did a search and didn't find any good info about braided lines for the oil cooler. I am looking for the black, high temp, braided line like what is already stock on other hoses on my 07 Low Rider. Drag Specialties has Accell braided lines, but not in 5/8. I checked the Dealership, Auto Zone and NAPA with no luck.

Has anyone else put braided lines on the oil cooler hoses and if so what did you use and where did you get it.

Thanks!

How about some of those dressup hose kits. Might check Summit Racing.

Excellent link! Thanks! Now, does anyone have any idea what kind of heat the oil cooler lines, and engine in that area, give off? The Nylon braiding from that site has a melting point of 302 F. I would think that would be enough for the line, but it's better to be safe and ask first.

Thanks

I figured it would be enough, just needed reassurance. What kind of tape do you use to keep the ends from fraying?

Thanks
