Thumbs up Dyna hard bags

I have these Dyna hard bags, they are hard bags covered with leather and are lockable.
they mount with a two bolt mounting and so far are the bees knees.

Here's a question about those easy brackets. I have a set of Road King Classic bags. They are sweet!! Would those easy brackets work to attach those bags on there? My bags are great, but those Road King bags are bigger! My brother is getting a Dyna and I would sell them to him for the cost of the easy brackets!!

I would have to agree with JRK, pull them in tight, little fiberglass, little metal plate here, alittle there, dammit! Now I am thinking about how to do this in my head! That is not good for my wallet. It must be getting to the end of riding season, starting to look at things to do to keep me in the garage tinkering.
Honestly, I think you may be onto something here. Now here is an idea Joe, take this idea and the one (I cannot remeber his name) on the universal fit fearing with windshield mounts, combine these together and ........ HMMmmm I see a winter long project here. Hmm

Easy Brackets would work, they would set the bags out about 2" from the fender rails.Probably not enough to clear your shocks but you could easily fab some type of spacers to get them the rest of the way there.I think ghost brackets would set the bags out farther which might be just what you need.

I got these hard bags off E-Bay and used Easy Brackets to hang them. The top trunk uses Jackyl's mount along with the QD brackets. I too have thought of looking into fitting stock bags on the bike, as I would like a little more storage space. Post pics if you get it figured out.
