Question: Rigid Mount Sideplates

Question: Rigid Mount Sideplates
Was wondering how difficult it is to install these:
Rigid Mount Sideplate Kit for FXD Models (2006)
Part No. 52856-06
MSRP US $84.95
I put similar ones on my '02 Sporty and install was a piece o' cake. These appear to be a bit different, however. The ones for the Sporty rested on TOP of the strut covers/turn signals, but these look like they go BETWEEN the covers and the fender.
Any advice from those who have already tackled these would be appreciated. If I have to disconnect/remove the turn signals to put these on, I would just as soon do some other stuff as well while I'm in there. THANKS!

RE: Question: Rigid Mount Sideplates
it is very simple.all you do is take out the fender bolts.only do one side at a time.then slide the sideplates in between strut and fender.tighten them down with the new hardware.and repeat on other side.very easy.about 15-30 minutes.and you can find them on ebay for less then half that price.
